This website is operated by the Band of Gold Parent Association, Inc., a Florida Not For Profit Corporation (EIN: 27-2033100), in support of the Miami Coral Park Senior High School Band of Gold program. The site is maintained by volunteer booster club members and student administrators under director supervision.

2. Permitted Use

This site is provided for informational purposes — to share band news, schedules, media, and contact information with students, parents, alumni, and the general public. You may:

• View, read, and share content on this site for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Use the contact form to communicate with the Booster Club
• Link to this site from external websites or social media

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use this site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the admin panel or any part of the site's backend
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce site content for commercial purposes without written permission

Photos of students and performances remain the property of their respective photographers. The Band of Gold name and logo are used exclusively in connection with the Miami Coral Park Senior High School band program.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use (such as saving a photo for personal reference).

5. Photos of Minors

This site may display photos of students who are minors. These photos are published with the knowledge of the band program and school. If you are a parent or guardian and wish to have a photo of your child removed, contact us using the information below and we will address your request promptly.

This site contains links to third-party websites and platforms (Google Calendar, Cloudinary, Zeffy, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others). These links are provided for convenience.
